Production zone and exposure | The vines are located in the town of Prepotto, Province of Udine, at 160 m above sea level with a south eastern exposure. |

Harvest Period | Harvesting is done at two separate times. A part of the grapes is harvested around mid September and set in the drying room for a few months. The rest is harvested late. |
Vinification | Destemming and soft pressing of the whole grape for the part left to dry and maceration for 2-3 days. For all the grapes, the must cold settled and then decanted for the second fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature (16°-18°C). |
Maturing and aging | Left to rest on the noble lees in stainless steel vats until the spring. |
Other curiosities
With an intense, fruity bouquet width its own aroma of rosé Moscato. The flavour is deliciously soft widthout being too obviously sweet.
